Same Day Delivery

The same Day Delivery service is available within Bangkok and the greater Bangkok area (see details below) and when the order is made and payment transferred before 13:00 hrs. After 13:00 hrs, order will be delivered on the next business day.

Standard Delivery Fees

The Standard Delivery fee is Baht 100 – 200, for the inner Bangkok area and up to Baht 500 for outer Bangkok. Please check the list below.

Delivery waiting time

Our delivery staff will always make sure the delivery is received. However, in the event that they are not able to contact the recipient, our staff will wait for 15 minutes at the delivery address and attempt to contact you in the meantime in every way possible. After the 15mn has passed, our delivery staff will continue to deliver the next order to prevent other customers from being affected. Therefore, please make sure the phone number is correct. You can provide us with additional phone number in the “Delivery Instruction” window.

In the event you contact our delivery staff after he has moved on, we reserve the right to consider the route and estimate the next delivery time which may cause a delay. If the event that the next delivery time is not at your convenience, you can request to postpone the delivery date and time with our Customer Service at 02-012 6921. The delivery charge may occur in this case.
